Are You Currently Facing These?
Choosing and buying new flooring is often ruined by inflated retail markups, flimsy materials that swell at the first spill, or unclear quotes that balloon later.
Exorbitant Retail Store Markups
Traditional big-box stores add multiple broker and franchise layers, inflating timber prices by 30% to 50%.
Floors That Swell & Damage from Moisture
Low-grade laminates warp, cup, and bubble after accidental spills or humidity changes common in NZ homes.
Unreliable Installation Delays & Hidden Fees
Long wait times, surprise extras for underlay and trims, and no accountability when jobs go wrong.
